Grocery list

I decided to compile a grocery list for those of you interested in what I eat. These are the clean foods that I buy on my bi-weekly grocery-shopping trip. I am observing a low carbohydrate diet at the moment, so I'm mostly eating vegetables and fruits as my starch sources. Feel free to print it out if you need it :)

Protein

  • Ground turkey (93% lean) - 3 packets
  • Chicken thighs
  • Pork chops
  • Tilapia (whole)
  • Wild salmon
  • Turkey bacon
  • 1 dozen organic eggs 
  • Almond milk 
  • Oat milk (this one is particularly delicious)

Carbohydrates

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Butternut squash
  • Zoodles (Zucchini noodles)
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries/blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Carrots
  • Frozen broccolli & caulliflower
  • Bell peppers

Fats & oils

  • Olive oil
  • Grass-fed butter (unsalted)
  • Almond butter (Trader Joe's- so delicious)
  • Coconut oil
  • Avocado
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut manna (coconut flesh)

Condiments

  • Tomato Paste
  • Chicken broth (low sodium)
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, thyme, dill, oregano or whatever I find)
  • Paprika
  • Chili flakes
  • Garlic
  • Onions (red, white, sweet)
  • Mixed spices
